Every Calchaquí Curated experience is personally designed and hosted with a high level of attention, flexibility, and cultural depth. Rather than offering standard tours or fixed packages, we create bespoke journeys through Northwest Argentina tailored to each guest’s interests, pace, and preferred style of travel, from understated boutique experiences to fully luxury itineraries. To ensure the level of care and immersion we provide, we work exclusively with a limited number of clients each season and operate with a 7-day minimum engagement. Hosting Fees 7-Day Minimum Solo Traveler: starting at $3,000 USD Couple: starting at $4,500 USD Private Family or Small Group: custom pricing Brand Retreats, Creative Residencies & Corporate Offsites: custom pricing All journeys include private hosting and guidance, bilingual interpretation, regional expertise, itinerary coordination, and ongoing concierge support throughout the experience. Accommodations, Transportation & Experiences Hotels, private houses, meals, drivers, domestic flights, tastings, horseback excursions, wellness experiences, and other activities are planned according to each guest’s desired level of comfort and style and are billed separately. Whether your preference is refined simplicity, remote luxury, or deeply local experiences with exceptional access, every journey is individually curated. Custom Itinerary Design A one-time itinerary design and planning fee of $500 USD initiates the planning process and allows us to begin curating accommodations, routes, experiences, and logistics tailored specifically to your trip. This fee reflects the extensive local knowledge, coordination, and personalized planning involved in building each journey. Reservations & Deposits A 30% deposit of the hosting fee is required to secure travel dates and begin confirming accommodations and experiences. Because each itinerary is custom-built and scheduled personally around our hosting calendar, deposits are partially or fully non-refundable depending on timing and confirmations already made.
